Frequently asked questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 16:00 to 24:00 and check-out from 6:00 to 12:00. Reception is open around the clock, so you can also arrive after midnight — just note it when you book. Please bring ID and a payment card for check-in. Debit cards are accepted.

What is included in the room rate?

When you book directly, the room rate includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Charged separately: a parking space in the courtyard (€20 per day), an extra bed (€20 per night), a baby cot (€10 per night) and the private sauna (€80 per hour).

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Yes, if you choose the flexible rate: you can cancel free of charge until the date shown next to each price on the booking page. The non-refundable rate is cheaper, but the amount paid is not refunded if you cancel.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including in every room.

Is the hotel suitable for families with children?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Family rooms and apartments can take a baby cot or an extra bed — please order them in advance. The breakfast buffet includes dishes for children, and the Fairy Tale Park is just 86 metres away. The adult rate applies from age 8.

Where can I park?

In the private car park in the hotel courtyard, for €20 per day. Spaces cannot be reserved in advance, so please ask at reception when you arrive.

Is there a lift?

No, the floors are reached by stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, please call reception on +370 460 51175 before booking.

How do I get here from Palanga Airport?

The airport is 7 km from the hotel. We can arrange a transfer for an additional fee — please book it in advance.

Can I stay with a pet?

Unfortunately not — we do not accommodate pets at the hotel.
