1. Data controller
This website is operated by UAB „Tubinas International“, company code 300819433, VAT code LT100003167017, Galinio Pylimo g. 16, Klaipėda (“we”). For questions about personal data, contact us at: palangaparkhotel@tubinas.lt, +370 460 51175.
2. What data we collect
- Enquiries: in the events enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date, number of guests, type of event and message. Only your name and email address are required. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry. Enquiries and emails are sorted and replies drafted with the help of an artificial-intelligence service (see section 4); a member of staff reviews every reply before it is sent.
- Bookings: made in our booking system at tubinas.lt, where you provide your name, email address, phone number, stay dates and chosen room; the booking amount is also processed there. Payment is handled by a payment service provider under its own privacy policy, and we never see your payment card details. Bookings through Booking.com are handled by Booking.com under its own policy.
- Statistics: we measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). It is loaded only after you press “Accept all” in the cookie bar; until then no data is sent to Google. We analyse pages viewed, the dates and number of guests chosen in the search, rooms and booking amounts. With your consent, when you move on to the booking system, the Google Analytics client and session identifiers are passed to it so that a completed booking can be linked to your visit to the website. We do not send your name or email address to analytics.
3. Why and on what basis
We process data to reply to booking enquiries and take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to provide accommodation services under a contract, and to meet legal obligations relating to accommodation records. We reply to other enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with the people who contact us and giving them information. We process data for traffic analysis and booking attribution only with your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our IT service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Microsoft (email) and Google (traffic analysis), under data-processing agreements. Where the law requires it, we provide data to public authorities.
Cloudflare, Microsoft and Google may also process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We also pass the content of enquiries and emails to OpenAI’s artificial-intelligence service in the United States, which helps sort emails and draft replies.
Enquiries sent through the website form are forwarded to us by email by our booking system, tubinas.lt, through its email delivery provider.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends; accommodation documents: for the periods set by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to processing. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability and the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. To exercise your rights, email palangaparkhotel@tubinas.lt. You can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use no marketing cookies. The website uses:
- Essential: we keep your cookie choice in browser storage (pp-consent, 12 months). The booking system also uses a session.
- Analytics: only with your consent, we use the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*, which tell visitors and visits apart. They are kept for up to 2 years.
- Booking attribution: only with your consent, when you move on to the booking system we save pp-checkout in browser storage: the chosen room, dates, number of guests, price and rate. We need it so that a confirmed booking can be credited in Google Analytics when you come back. It is no longer used after 3 days. The entry is deleted when you return with a confirmed booking or withdraw your consent. If the booking is credited from this website, we also save a pp-booked marker with the booking reference so that the same booking is not counted twice. It holds no other data and stays in your browser until you clear this website’s data.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. When you withdraw consent, no more data is sent to Google, and the Google Analytics cookies and the pp-checkout entry are deleted. You can also delete this website’s cookies and data in your browser; the cookie bar will then appear again.

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page.
